    TERMS AND CONDITION FOR RESIDENTIAL ROOMS

    1. Above room rates are applicable from 1st March 2021.
    2. Room Booking will be done on a first come first served basis.
    3. Check in time: 11.00 am and Check out Time: 9.00 am.
    4. Room rates are on EP basis. i.e. only accommodation.
    5. 100% advance of room tariff at the time of booking of rooms and balance amount of total bill at the time of check out either by Cash / Credit Card Debit Card.
    6. Allocation of rooms will be subject to availability at the time of arrival.
    7. Room keys will be given to the guest only in whose name booking is made by a member or the Club.
    8. Room keys should be deposited at reception while going out.
    9. Charges for lost key Rs. 250/- + Tax will be paid by the room occupant.
    10. Early check in if required will be allotted subject to availability of rooms.
    11. Extension of stay in room by Members or guests should be informed at the reception counter well in advance and will be extended subject to availability.
    12. Providing Photo ID Proof of Member or guest is compulsory and mandatory at the time of Check in.
    13. The Deluxe room is Double occupancy and Suite Room is Triple occupancy if required 1 (one) extra bed at a charge of Rs. 700/- + Tax can be availed.
    14. Guests of the room occupant will not be permitted in the room after 11 00 pm.
    15. Room guests can use the Club facilities by paying applicable charges to the Club. [Subject to availability]
    16. Cancellation or retention charges will be applicable as framed by the Club Management.
    17. Club management reserves the right to cancel the room reservation without prior notice.
    18. No decoration will be allowed in the room.
    19. If any damage or loss of article in the room or elsewhere will be charged on actual.
    20. If any articles, money, items, jewelry, baggage, etc., is lost, Club Management will not be held responsible for any such loss. Members or guests cannot claim for any loss.
    21. Alcohol, gambling and prostitution are strictly prohibited in Rooms and Club Management has every right to force the guest to check out the room immediately if the guest is found guilty.
    22. If any legal problem or matter arises, the legal jurisdiction will be Ahmedabad (Gujarat).

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Dear Member/Guest, please note our cancellation charges as applicable below:

    Before 15 days or earlier – 25%

    Within 15 days & before 7 days – 40%

    Within 7 days & before 48 hrs – 60%

    Before 24 HRS – 80%

    Less than 24 HRS & before 12 HRS – 90%

    Within 12 HRS or non-occupied room -100%

    The above charges shall be levied on the published tariff for Deluxe & Suite including taxes.
