Suite Rooms TARIFF FOR SUITE ROOMS Member/Guest Room Tariff ***ROOMS CHARGES ARE PER ROOM PER DAY AND APPLICABLE GOVT. TAXES ARE EXTRA. CATEGORY MEMBER CHARGES GUEST CHARGES PEAK SEASON GUEST CHARGES (Nov to Feb) SUITE ROOMS Rs. 5500/- Rs. 6500/- Rs. 7000/- SUITE Rooms 1. Check out Time: 11:00 am. Check in time: 02:00 PM. 2. Room rates are on EP basis. i.e. only accommodation. 3. In normal circumstances, Room Booking will not be accepted prior to 90 days of the check in date. 4. Room will be booked only against 100% payment in advance. And will be on Non–Refundable/ Non–Changeable / Non–Transferable basis, subject to cancellation rules. 5. Members of Affiliated clubs will be charged at Guest tariff, and all the club amenities will be charged as per the charges as applicable to Guests. 6. Cancellation or retention charges will be applicable as per rules framed by the Club Management. (From Time to Time). Please update yourself with latest policies in force. 7. Members of Karnavati Club Ltd. will be allowed to book maximum 3 rooms for their guests. 8. On occasion of wedding in Member’s family, Member, booking the Club Lawn and/or Golden Glory Hall, will be allowed to book more than 3 rooms up to 365 days prior to the event date on 100% advance payment and the same will be on Non–Refundable/ Non–Changeable/ Non-Cancellable basis. In case of Cancellation, Minimum 50 % or amount as per Cancellation Policy would be deductible. 9. Rooms are to be booked for the staying purpose only. Any kind of gathering or hosting a party in the residential rooms will not be permitted. Any room occupant found doing so, will be asked to vacate the room on immediate basis. 10. Allocation of rooms will be subject to availability at the time of arrival.11. Room keys will be given to the guest only in whose name booking is made by a member of the Club. 12. Room keys should be deposited at reception while going out. Charges for lost/ Duplicate key will be Rs. 250/- + Tax and the same must be be paid by the Room Occupant along with the Settlement of Bill. 13. Extension of stay in room by Members or their Guests will be strictly subject to availability ONLY. 14. Providing Photo ID Proof of Member and all Occupying Guest/s is mandatory at the time of Check in. Foreigner guest have to produce their original Passport, valid Visa / Overseas Citizenship of India and arrival immigration stamp at the time of check in along with copy Photo ID. 15. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid ID Proof. 16. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. 17. Club Management reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to any guest without assigning any reason thereof. 18. The Deluxe room is Double occupancy and Suite Room is Triple occupancy if required 1 (one) extra bed can be provided on a chargeable basis @ Rs. 700/- + Tax in Deluxe room and Rs. 1000/- + Taxes in Suite Room. Children aged 7 year or above will be treated as a person and an extra bed would be mandatory on chargeable basis. 19. Guests of the room occupant will not be permitted in the room after 11:00PM. However members & their guests can use reception sitting area. 20. Room guests can use the Club facilities by paying applicable Guest Charges to the Club. [Subject to availability]. 21. No decoration whatsoever will be allowed/permitted in the room under any circumstances.22. Any type of Loss or Damage in the Residential Room such as Furniture, Mattress, Linen, utensils etc. will charged at their actual rates/ Replacement Cost. Which is to be cleared before check out of the room. 23. Occupants are mandated to place their valuables and money in the safety locker of the room at their own risk. Club Staff / Club Management will not be responsible for any such loss or damage of the Guest’s belongings. 24. Any/ALL illegal activities are strictly prohibited in Rooms, and Club Management has every right to report such activity to Law Enforcement Agencies and also to force the guest to check out the room immediately without assigning any reasons. 25. Club management reserves the right to cancel the room reservation without any prior Notice. 26. Club management reserves the right to change the tariff without any prior notice and the new tariff will be applicable on the date of check in, after adjustment of Advance. 27. Terms & condition / Policies are subject to change by the Club Management without any prior notice. 28. In case of any dispute/s the courts in Ahmedabad (Gujarat) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. CANCELLATION POLICY Before 15 days or earlier. – 25% Within 15 days to 7 days prior. – 40% Within 07 days to 24 HRS prior. – 80% No Show Or within 24 HRS. – 100%
